1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TrulyVocal platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrulyVocal is a feedback capturing and intelligence platform that collects, processes, and transforms feedback submissions into structured, actionable reports. The Service uses artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to Gemma and Gemini, to analyze sentiment, sanitize language, and categorize feedback.

3. User Accounts & Campaigns

Organizers are responsible for maintaining the security of their campaign credentials and for all activities that occur under their campaigns. You must notify TrulyVocal immediately of any unauthorized use. TrulyVocal will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

4. Feedback Submissions & Community Pact

All feedback submitters must accept the Community Pact before submitting feedback. By submitting feedback, you acknowledge that your submission may be processed by AI models, encrypted and stored in a legal vault, and presented in sanitized form to campaign organizers. Raw feedback text is never shared with organizers — only AI-processed, sanitized versions are visible.

5. Data Processing & Privacy

TrulyVocal processes feedback data using a multi-stage AI pipeline. Raw submissions are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored in a secured Legal Vault. Only authorized administrators with the appropriate audit credentials may decrypt vault entries. Organizers receive sanitized, categorized intelligence — never raw feedback. 6. Limitation of Liability for Probabilistic Outputs

The services provided by TrulyVocal are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Our reframing pipeline utilizes advanced probabilistic Large Language Models (LLMs) to identify, translate, and re-engineer user sentiment. Under no circumstances shall dionslabs.com LLC, its operators, or its affiliates be liable for:

• (a) Factual errors, logical hallucinations, or translation mismatches generated by the models;
• (b) "Toxic Positivity" anomalies, including the accidental softening, obscuring, or total omission of system-critical software bugs, physical safety hazards, security vulnerabilities, or major operational complaints during text reframing; and
• (c) Any downstream business, financial, operational, or legal losses arising from reliance on unverified reframed reports.

7. Mandatory Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Cognitive Override

The user (Event Organizer/Business Entity) explicitly acknowledges that TrulyVocal acts solely as a first-pass decision assistant and does not constitute professional, legal, or administrative counsel. It is a material violation of this agreement to act on, publish, or implement any AI-generated Growth Opportunity Report without thorough manual verification, editing, and cognitive validation by an authorized human administrator. The user retains 100% liability for any actions executed within their external workspaces, ticketing systems, or communication channels (including but not limited to Jira, Slack, or Linear).

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit feedback with the intent to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to bypass the Community Pact or platform moderation systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the AI models
• Use automated tools to mass-submit fraudulent feedback
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of dionslabs.com LLC, operating as TrulyVocal. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
